About me

I am a Postdoctoral Scholar in Linguistics at Stanford University, advised by Cory Shain.

I use neural and behavioral measures to study the relationship between language and conceptual knowledge. I am particularly interested in how we extract causal information from language, and how this process is shaped by life experience, including cognitive expertise (e.g., medical expertise) and sensory experience (e.g., congenital blindness, deafness).

Previously, I completed my PhD in Psychological & Brain Sciences at Johns Hopkins University, where I was advised by Marina Bedny.
